The interior exudes peace and comfort. Thanks to the many windows, the house is particularly bright, and the beautiful tiled floor gives it an authentic charm. In the living room, you can sink into the leather sitting area by the cozy wood-burning stove, or stream a movie via the 43-inch smart TV with Dutch, Belgian, German and English channels (Canal+), Netflix and Videoland. The patio doors lead you directly to the veranda — ideal for those warm summer evenings. In the sideboard you will find a selection of board games such as cards, Rummikub and Yahtzee, and a folder full of tips on activities and sights in the area.
Fully equipped kitchen
The open, modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, bread maker, sandwich/contact grill, smoothie blender, coffee maker, Senseo, Nespresso and an Airfryer.
Spacious sleep for everyone
The house has four bedrooms. Three rooms are each equipped with two single beds (200 cm long), equipped with separate duvets. The fourth bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). All bedrooms have ceiling fans with lights and are fitted with mosquito nets for a fresh night's sleep.
Bathe, shower and relax
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, wide sink and toilet. In addition, there is a separate second toilet. The master bedroom has its own shower with sink. Ideal if you are going on holiday with several families or generations.
Enjoy the outdoors
Both in front and behind the house there is a spacious terrace with awning, and behind there is also a sunny terrace. With various chairs and sunbeds, you can choose whether you want to sit in the sun or the shade. In the storage room you will find a Weber barbecue, raclette/gourmet set, badminton set, jeu-de-boules and a rotary dryer. The washing machine and dryer ensure that you don't have to worry about that either.
Active or cultural enjoyment
The area offers something for everyone. Sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth with hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing and survival. Those who prefer culture will discover medieval castles, ancient Roman villages, impressive caves and beautiful gardens. Practical and easily accessible
The nearest bakery is in Castelnaud at about 5 km. A large Carrefour supermarket, pharmacy, gas station and various shops can be found in Saint-Cyprien at about 9 km. The house is equipped with a water softener system, so that the tap water is drinkable.
Suitable for people with physical disabilities
The house is completely on one level, without thresholds, and therefore ideal for guests who use a walker or wheelchair. The front and rear have an on/off ramp. The doors are 83 cm wide (with the exception of the second toilet). The bathroom has a walk-in shower with fixed grab bars near the toilet and a shower stool. At the bottom of the bathroom furniture there are also two separate handles for the shower available.
