The gite de Claire  is a stone house of 65 m2, sunny, quiet with patio. This two-bedroom holiday home, sleeping four people, is located in an old paper-making village, Couze-et-Saint Front, in Périgord on the Dordogne valley, between Bergerac and Sarlat. It is tastefully furnished with regional furniture, in a cozy, bright, calm and temperate atmosphere.
On the ground floor you have a wooded terrace with table and chairs and parasol.
In the private house there is a kitchen equipped: ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, table, chairs, stove with wood, Comtoise clock; and a bathroom with shower, two basins and separate toilet.
Upstairs, you have a living room with TV and radio and WIFI and two bedrooms ( bedroom 1 with stray bed 160cm x 200cm ) and (bedroom 2 with 2 stray  beds 90cm x 190cm) and storage.
Pets are welcome.
