Superb detached house in the Dordogne with 3 spacious bedrooms and a large garden with heated 8x4 m private pool and bar with super wifi coverage. Very quietly located on the edge of a small rustic village.
Furnishing and equipment
The house is comfortably furnished and fully equipped, such as dishwasher, washing machine, television with DVD/video player and Apple TV, fireplace, induction hob with oven and microwave. There is also a bookcase with Dutch and English books and a collection of (children's and adult) DVDs for your relaxation.
Including bed linen and linen
Upon arrival, we will make sure that the beds are made. In addition, there is of course a towel and tea towel and for each person a bath towel and a pool towel. Saves space in the trunk ;)

Garden & Swimming Pool
The garden is 30 x 25 m in size and completely fenced. The pool is 8x4 meters in size with a staircase area. The shallow part is 80cm deep, the deep part (slopes) is 1.70m deep.
Pool heating
Next to the pool is a covered bar (5x2 meters). Besides the fact that this is a nice place where you can read a book, play a game or get a drink from the fridge, the roof of the bar is also used to heat the pool. By attaching solar collectors to the roof of the bar, the pool can be heated in an environmentally friendly way, so that it can also be used in the early and late season.
Fiber optic internet
Superfast fiber optic connection (500Mb) and repeaters throughout the house and at the outdoor kitchen and bar ensure that all family members can use the internet and watch HD streams at the same time without any worries.
Flying to the Dordogne
Did you know that you can fly directly from Rotterdam with Transavia to Bergerac and then be at our house in St. Sulpice in an hour and a half with a rental car? The costs in the early and late season are very acceptable if you book early (50 euros pp one way) and outside the high season the rental terms and changeover days are negotiable. Groceries
In the village there is a shop a 2-minute walk away where the most necessary groceries (including fresh bread) can be obtained. Large luxury supermarkets can be found 10 minutes away in Excideuil and Thiviers.
Golf
15 minutes away is a beautiful and challenging 9-hole course. 18 hole courses can be found 45 minutes away in Limoges and Perigeux.
