Welcome to Les Glycines, where space, nature and hospitality are key.
Named after the beautiful wisteria (Glycines) that adorns the façade, Les Glycines gîte offers an attractive and spacious stay for up to 8 people (plus cots). It is the ideal, economical choice for large families or two families who go on holiday together, but still appreciate space and comfort.
A house where you immediately feel at home
The spacious lounge (34m²) is the heart of the house, with large windows overlooking the greenery, authentic beams and a cozy wood stove. Here you'll find a smart TV with streaming services and a selection of books and games for relaxing evenings.
Next to the spacious living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen, with a combi hob (electric & gas), dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kettle as well as a very wide range of pans, crockery and glassware.
The house has four characterful bedrooms spread over two wings:
Wing 1: An attractive room with wood paneling, oak beams and a double bed, plus a second room with bunk beds that overlooks our Garden of Eden. On this wing is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Wing 2: Via the stairs in the salon you reach two additional double rooms with beautiful oak floorboards and views over the surrounding woods. There is also a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside you are surrounded by peace and space. Directly next to the house is a large private terrace with BBQ with a private garden next to it, both with sun and shade from the trees.
In addition to the private areas, there is also a large, communal and heated swimming pool (10m x 5m) in a secluded sunny garden, including children's pool, sunbeds and parasols. The swimming pool is shared with 2 other gîtes.
You can also enjoy our large playing field (football, table tennis, badminton), the petanque court next to the swimming pool and our lovely garden of Eden.
