About an 8-hour drive from Utrecht, beautifully situated among the sunflower fields in the sunny French countryside, you will find the villa park Les Bois Senis. Our villa, on the edge of the park, is surrounded by a large garden and offers a lot of privacy. It is one of the villas with the most privacy in the park. A large part of the garden is completely fenced, which is ideal for families with small children or guests who want to bring their dog. From the living room and terrace you have a beautiful view of the adjacent open field and adjacent bois de feu. With a bit of luck you can see deer in the field early in the morning and in the afternoon - while enjoying your favorite drink. The covered terrace is ideal for outdoor dining. In the evening you can relax and enjoy the sunset on the terrace and dine by the outdoor fireplace/BBQ. All this in complete privacy.
The villa is fully equipped. The three bedrooms (2 large and 1 smaller) can accommodate 6 people. There are also two bathrooms. A larger one, en suite to one of the bedrooms, which has a bath and toilet. The second, smaller bathroom has a shower. There is also a separate toilet. The large living room/dining room has a large television with satellite receiver for receiving various TV and music channels and a Chromecast for your own streams. You can use WiFi throughout the house and on the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and toaster. There is also a coffee maker and kettle. The utility room at the rear of the house contains a brand new washing machine and dryer.
There is a large swimming pool with children's pool and playground in the middle of the car-free park. In summer you can buy ice creams, drinks and snacks by the pool. Spread throughout the park you will find a jeu de boules court and fields where (ball) games can be played. The park is located near the town of Vasles, where you can do your shopping at a supermarket, butcher and pastry shop. This village also has a bank and a bar/bistro with a large terrace on the market square. There is a 27-hole golf course in the immediate vicinity of the park. Furthermore, the villa is just an hour's drive from the charming coastal town of La Rochelle and just over half an hour's drive from Parthenay.
