I offer you a beautiful duplex-apartment for 8 people to rent in my villa which is located just at the top of the Pointe de la Garde cliff with a breathtaking 240° view of the seaside and the beach. Silence is golden and guaranteed: the villa is located under the customs pedestrian way (GR34), just between the pedestrian way and the seaside, meaning no cars, no traffic and no noise.You and your family benefit from direct access to the beach and the sea in two minutes walking.

This 120 m² apartment is located on the upper level of a luxury villa and has its own independent entrance. It offers 2 parents bedrooms with double beds, a children's bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, 2 separate toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped, the large living room opens onto a very large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with a television and a stereo and it offers a fantastic view of the beach and the seaside. All the rooms each have a beautiful view of the sea.

From the terrace you can watch the children playing on the beach while you stay at home.Please note, access to the apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties! A children's play club is open during the summer months.

You must bring your own sheets, towels and clean the apartment before departure.Please be careful: the internet speed is not very efficient in Saint Cast!!

30 years ago, I fell in love with Villa Ultramarine, located between the Chemin des Douaniers and the cliff, offering an incomparable view of the sea and the untouched nature of Pointe de la Garde.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our prices include electricity, water, internet Wifi. please note that internet is not very good in Saint Cast...
A tourist tax will be charged at the end of your hollidays, acording to the number of guest
Bed sheets, towels are not supplied - You have to bring your own.
You have to clean the apartment before departure - could also be done at your cost by our cleaning lady = 150 euros

Payment of the rent : 25% at your reservation and 75% 30 days before arrival

Cancelation policy:
if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival : refund of 100% of what you have already paid
il you cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival : refund of 50% of what you have already paid
if you cancel less of 14 days before arrival : no refund
