Silence is golden and guaranteed: the villa is located under the customs pedestrian way (GR34), just between the pedestrian way and the seaside, meaning no cars, no traffic and no noise.You and your family benefit from direct access to the beach and the sea in two minutes walking.

This 120 m² apartment is located on the upper level of a luxury villa and has its own independent entrance. It offers 2 parents bedrooms with double beds, a children's bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, 2 separate toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped, the large living room opens onto a very large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with a television and a stereo and it offers a fantastic view of the beach and the seaside. All the rooms each have a beautiful view of the sea.

From the terrace you can watch the children playing on the beach while you stay at home.Please note, access to the apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties! A children's play club is open during the summer months.

You must bring your own sheets, towels and clean the apartment before departure.Please be careful: the internet speed is not very efficient in Saint Cast!!
