David and I have owned this pretty detached two bedroom stone cottage with private heated swimming pool for 24 years . A dining room table over looks the garden. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with views over the garden with a light modern oak king size bed, light oak wardrobe and matching bedside cabinets. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The two bedrooms share a newly refitted bathroom with large walk in shower, vanity unit and toilet.
Outside you have a patio area with large bbq and table and chairs. The private heated swimming pool is for your sole use and you have sun loungers around the pool. A new covered pergola offers you shade where you can relax on the rattan sofa and also eat your meals in the dining area. The house has its own private entrance and off road parking along with a garden.

Maison Fleurie is ideal for couples and families with children of all ages. Only 5km from Gouarec which is lucky enough to have the Nantes to Best canal running through it. Bikes and canoes can be hired at the campsite. Many restaurants and bars are open in Gouarec or venture towards Lac du Guerledan to use the Sandy beaches and walk/cycle the trails around the lake .
