WELCOME TO LE GRENIER DE NEUVY

Looking for peace, space and the real French outdoors? Le Grenier de Neuvy is a spacious and attractive family home for up to 12 to 13 people, beautifully situated on a hill in the green heart of the Berry, near Sancerre.

The house is located on more than 5,500 m² of private land and is surrounded by nature. From the house and garden you can enjoy peace, space and panoramic views. It is a wonderful place for a holiday with family or friends: eat together extensively, relax by the pool, read a book in the garden or discover the area.

SPACE FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Le Grenier is a real family home: comfortable and spacious, but with the atmosphere and charm of a French country house. There is plenty of room to be together and to retreat for a while. Outside there is plenty of space for children to play and for adults to enjoy the peace and scenery.

The private pool is normally open from the end of April to the end of September and is basically heated. In the early and late season, the water temperature can vary due to cold nights and weather conditions.

SANCERRE, WINE AND THE FRENCH COUNTRYSIDE

Le Grenier is located a short distance from the famous wine region around Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé and Menetou-Salon. Visit a winery for a tasting, stroll through historic Sancerre or stop in Chavignol for the famous goat cheese Crottin de Chavignol.

Even those who do not come just for the wine have plenty of space here. The area is ideal for walking and cycling on quiet country roads, through forests, past vineyards and small French villages. Along and on the Loire you can cycle, canoe and swim in various places. In the area there are also opportunities for horse riding and golf.

DISCOVER THE BERRY

In addition to Sancerre, Bourges and the characteristic villages and towns of the Berry are also worth a visit. Stroll through a local market, get fresh bread from the bakery in the morning, discover small producers or drive along the quiet back roads without a plan. It is precisely this slow pace that makes this region so special to us.

We have been coming here since 2014 and are still devoted to the landscape, the people, the markets, the wine and the relaxed way of life. We like to share that place with our guests.

Le Grenier de Neuvy is not an anonymous holiday home, but a house with its own atmosphere and history - made for long lunches, evenings outside and holidays where you really forget the time.
