This beautiful villa is located in Rouzède, Charente region. It is a house connected via the garage located on a dead end road. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, cozy living room, a mezzanine with TV corner and a lovely backyard with private pool and a jeu de boules court. The house is for 6 people. The backyard overlooks the golf course of La Prèze International.  

The villa  is fully equipped such as Wifi, washing machine, dryer, BBQ. There is a fiber optic connection. So fast internet. You can watch via Chromecast TV. 
A spacious terrace ensures that you can enjoy every ray of sunshine. 

The golf course of La Prèze International includes an 18-hole champions course, a unique 18-hole pitch and putt championship course, a driving range and two pitch and putting practice greens. It offers a challenging course with natural obstacles, bushes and hills. 

The complex on which the villa is located is located outside the village, surrounded by beautiful nature. There are several holiday homes on the Domaine that are rented out. The quiet and spacious character of the complex fits into the rural environment.

The landscape is characterized by pieces of forest, interspersed with meadows and fields. Striking are the many small lakes that are scattered here and there. Walking and cycling routes have been set out in the immediate vicinity. Worth it to discover the beautiful views and hidden villages.

On the border of the three departments of Charente, Haute Vienne and Dordogne you have many opportunities for large and small trips. For example, visit the castle of La Rochefoucauld, the comic strip museum in Angoulême, or the Romanesque church in Cherves-Chatelars. Cities such as Limoges with its porcelain (60 km), Angoulême with its old town (40 km) and Périgueux with its cathedral (95 km) are also worth a visit.
