Located in the Charente, on the border with the Dordogne, you will find the typical French village of Mazières in the hilly landscape. Opposite the entrance of the church, you will find the authentic green gates and step onto the idyllic, fully fenced domain.
On the beautiful domain you will find the lovely swimming pool, surrounded by flowers and (fruit) trees and nice seating areas, a fire pit, hammocks and a wide view over the hills. In the area are beautiful lakes with beaches and the cities of Angouleme, Limoges and Cognac.

A Charentais maison de Maître, dating from around 1800, completely restored, takes you back to the authentic France of yesteryear.
The Gite Cardabelle is spacious, with beautiful beamed ceilings and a private garden and covered terrace. Shared use of the swimming pool (5x11) with sun terrace. Due to the spacious layout of the site, privacy is guaranteed and there are plenty of cozy corners in the gardens to completely retreat to.
Gîte Cardabelle is luxuriously equipped and can accommodate 6 people. Each room is tastefully decorated without compromising on comfort and atmosphere.
Through the beautiful garden with terrace with comfortable garden furniture, you enter the spacious entrance into the living room with open and fully equipped kitchen and separate guest toilet.
On the first floor are a spacious landing, 1 spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom and the bathroom with spacious shower and double sink. A second toilet starts separately on the 1st floor.
On the second floor you will find a 3rd bedroom and play area for the children. Three single beds are available in this sleeping loft. A cot can be placed on request.
The grounds are fully walled, so ideal for children who will have a great time in the gardens.
