About the park
This 6-person bungalow "Magnolia 172" is located at the Village le Chat holiday park.
The park has many facilities such as several tennis courts, table tennis tables, jeu de boule courts, playgrounds, swimming pool (deep) and paddling pool (is shallower), football field, swimming lake with playground equipment and rafts. There is also a beach at the lake and the lake is also very suitable as a fishing lake or fun for children with a boat or subboard.

Finally, the park is located right next to the beautiful De la Preze golf course.

About our house
It is only enjoyment in this spacious, luxurious and modern furnished holiday home with a quiet location and a really beautiful unobstructed view. The house has mobile air conditioning, so it stays nice and cool on hot days. 

The house has been adapted and now has 3 terraces so that there is always a place in the sun (or in the shade).
At the new 3rd terrace there is also a stone barbeque, for the complete holiday feeling.
Furthermore, the real sun worshipper can find a place on the large lawn around the house in addition to one of the terraces with the new sunbeds (with new sun cushions).
We now also have a hammock to relax in, read a book or just enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
You can also enjoy the new hanging chair.

You can also park your car in the new parking lot at the house.
You can choose options for possibly charging your car, a socket has been made for this at the front of the house.

The house is fully equipped and has free fast internet.
This ensures that you can stream, video call, but also, for example, work or something else from multiple devices without any problems.
On the (smart) TV in the living room you can stream your favorite channels, movies and series, for example via your own account for Caiway, Ziggo, Netflix, Videoland, Disney+, etc.
The cozy living room has patio doors to the garden and the kitchen with bar is equipped with all conveniences such as a dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven, refrigerator (with freezer), Nespresso (incl. milk frother) and Senseo machine, air fryer, kettle, toaster, hand mixer, cake and cake molds, multi grill, separate milk frother, etc.

The modern and recently renovated bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, there is an extra large boiler so several people can easily shower in a row.

The house has 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a large double bed (180 x 200, mattress + topper) and a TV with chromecast so that you can also stream everything here.
Both a double duvet and two single duvets are available for the bed.
The other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds (90 x 200), each bedroom has sufficient closet space.
In the storage room you have an extra fridge with  extra large freezer compartment and washer / dryer combination so that you are fully equipped.
