Living room is furnished with generous leather sofa and 2 chairs and a dining area with large table and 4 chairs. Smart television with NLZiet subscription with all Dutch channels. Own fiber optic and wifi. Open kitchen fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pan set, refrigerator, large microwave / oven, coffee maker, kettle, induction hob and dishwasher. The kitchen was equipped with completely new appliances in 2022.
Bedrooms (2): One bedroom has a twin bed, the other has 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with sink and shower. Separate toilet.
On the terrace there is garden furniture and two large parasols. Separate room with washing machine and extra fridge freezer.
You can park your car at the holiday home.
In the park there is a nice large swimming pool and a separate fenced children's pool. Furthermore, tennis courts, playground, table tennis, miniature golf and a large lake in which you can swim. Next to the park, you can use the international golf course La Prèze with a 25% discount.
The restaurant at Village le Chat will continue this year with a new tenant under the name la Nouvelle Dame Blanche. No news can be given about opening hours and menu at the moment.
Village le Chat is made up of around 200 bungalows of different sizes. Residents are mainly Dutch (50%), French (30%) and a small percentage of English and Belgians.
