Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • Prices quoted are for the exclusive use of the entire property per week.
  • Bookings run from Saturday at 4pm until Saturday at 10am.
  • There is a no smoking policy in place.
  • Well-behaved dogs are welcomed. There is no additional charge. 
  • A security deposit of €1000 is due one month before your stay. It will be refunded less the cost of any damages two weeks after your departure.
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure a booking. Final rental payment is due eight weeks before your stay.
  • Cancelations received more than twenty-eight days in advance of arrival date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancelations received less than 28 days in advance of arrival date will receive no refund.
  • A local tourist tax is payable before departure at the prevailing local rate, currently €1.10 per adult per night.

Poplars flank the road, they are full of bird glue, better known as mistletoe.

The field starts at the bottom of the backyard. A different crop every year (rapeseed, sunflowers, corn, etc.).
