The old Stables is a large four bedroom house with three bathrooms over looking the beautiful Lac de Pelinec and has the shared use of a large heated swimming pool. The large modern kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday, including overnight, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. A large dining table situated next to the kitchen area.
The living room has spectacular views over the lake from the patio doors and also has views over the swimming pool from the front of the house, A large flat screen television has both English and French channels.
A table football is also situated in the corner of the living area to keep everybody of all ages amused,
Upstairs the main master bedroom has a large Velux with views overlooking the lake, a king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bed side cabinets. A large en-suite bathroom with modern roll top bath, shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.
The second master bedroom has kind size bed with matching wardrobe, bedinets and also has a en suite bathroom . This has a bath with over head shower, toilet and basin.
The third bedroom has two single beds with views over the lake and the fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds. A family bathroom with bath, hand basin and toilet.
Downstairs there is a separate toilet and hand basin.
All bed linen is supplied and beds are made up on your arrival. All cleaning products, t towels and bath mats are also supplied. Starlink is in the house for your internet connection,
Outside to the rear of the house is a large balcony over looking the lake. A bbq is situated in one corner and a wooden dining table and chairs in the other.
To the front of the property there is a selection of garden chairs and path way leading to the swimming pool
The swimming pool is fenced according to french law and is heated by a heat pump. It’s approximately 9m by 4m . A large selection of sun chairs are around the swimming pool along with sun parasols. The swimming pool is shared with the other two gites on the site.
This cottage is within a few meters of the Auberge de Pelinec, a very nice restaurant. The Lac de pelinec is also a fishing lake, local permits can be purchased in the village. This cottage is suitable for families and couples alike .
