Not accessible to reduced mobility. The apartment is on the ground floor.

With a living room with a dining area opening onto an equipped kitchen including:

A dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, coffee makers, toaster, microwave kettle, etc. all the utensils to enjoy yourself during your vacation. A very comfortable convertible sofa.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The weekly rate is more advantageous. In high season, it is only possible to book per week.

Rates and conditions apply: for 2 people, an extra charge of 10 euros per person is requested for a third and fourth person. For more information, please contact the owner.
Dogs are not allowed.

If for any reason the renter wishes to cancel the booking, they must always confirm this by e-mail to the owner (even if they have already communicated it by phone, for example).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of the tenant's written cancellation:
- Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- Cancellation between the 90th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only informs on the day of the start or during the rental period that he does not wish to use the rented property, he remains liable for the total amount of the rental.
