Coumenios

The apartment is part of our house Coumenios, which is located 1 km from the town of Moulis. It is quietly situated in a rural area with no direct neighbours.
However, in the town of Saint Girons, a 5-minute drive from the house, you will find all amenities such as shops, swimming pool, cinema or medical facilities.

The house is surrounded by a large garden of 4500m² with an orchard where you can relax.

The apartment is located on the ground floor (the floor is occupied by the owners Erik and Ingrid). Through the hall with storage cupboard you enter the spacious and bright living room of 35m² with sitting area, television and dining table. The 2 large patio doors give a nice view of the garden and the mountains. Adjacent to the living room is a small hallway that gives access to the fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment) with a second dining table. This hallway also gives access to the spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and wardrobe, the bathroom with bath and sink and a separate toilet.

From the living room you also have direct access to the (covered) terrace with dining table, barbecue and garden lounge, from where you have a beautiful view of the Maubermé mountains and the Pic de Crabère.

In a separate room, directly accessible from the hall and shared with the residents, a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.

There are two sun loungers available that you can use on the terrace or in the garden.

In the entire apartment you have access to internet via WiFi.

You can park your car right next to the house on our own property. Bicycles can possibly be stored in the garage.
