Entrance through the hall with access to the attractive master bedroom, luxurious bathroom with walk-in rain shower and toilet, spacious living room with open kitchen, spacious dining area and well-equipped china cabinet.
The living room has a sitting area with a spacious corner sofa and cushions, two lovely lounge chairs and a flat screen TV. Luxurious atmospheric lighting completes the picture. For the chilly summer evening or cold winter there is a pleasant heating by means of underfloor heating.
The dining area has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a meal. The terraces on both sides of the holiday home are accessible through the two patio doors.
The open kitchen has a very complete kitchen with a Nespresso, milk foamer, dishwasher, gas stove, oven and a spacious counter top with plenty of work space. A first starter package of coffee cups, tea, sugar, spices, oil and cleaning agent is ready. We have created a luxurious but also pleasant atmosphere, in which you will quickly feel at home. There are magazines and books, games, candles and a bottle of wine on arrival.
The renovated and modernized bathroom on the ground floor is also fully equipped. Beautiful tiles finished with a wonderful rain shower. Also equipped with a free-to-use washing machine.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with an extra large double bed (1.80x2.00), wardrobe space for clothes and a silent ceiling fan.
On the first floor are two bedrooms , one of which has two separate box springs (90x2.00), a wardrobe and a fan.
The other bedroom has an extra large double bed (1.80x2.00) and a private sink. This bedroom also has a spacious wardrobe.
Both bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows for a good night's sleep.
There is also an extra separate toilet on the 1st floor.
Our holiday home has three spacious terraces all around so that you can spend the entire day in the sun or in the shade. Outside on the kitchen side there is a spacious dining table with six chairs and a parasol, a hammock to relax in and at the back a nice seat with a parasol. On the southwest side there is a lovely lounge set with a floating parasol.
Sunbeds are also provided.
There is space to park 1 car at the holiday home.
