Holiday villa 88

Holiday villa 88 is a detached holiday home located on a spacious plot with a nice garden, several terraces and plenty of privacy. Entrance through the hall with access to the master bedroom, the bathroom, the separate toilet and the living room. The living room has a sitting area with a spacious sofa and 2 separate armchairs. There is also a TV with Dutch channels, a DVD player and a Chrome Cast. For the chilly summer evening or cold winter, the villa is heated by underfloor heating, with the exception of the bedroom on the first floor, where there is a radiator. The terrace is accessible through the sliding doors in the living room.  The dining area has a spacious dining table with chairs.
The open kitchen has a kitchen design with various kitchen appliances. A gas stove, oven/combi microwave, air fryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher and a spacious counter top with plenty of work space. There is also an extra large fridge with separate freezer compartment. In the bathroomyou will find a walk-in shower and a spacious washbasin with illuminated mirror. On the ground floor is also the master bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a second bedroom with a single bed including trundle bed.  On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds. At the sliding doors to the terrace you will find a 6-person garden set with a fold-out awning. Nice spacious plot with lots of grass. 2 sunbeds and 3 parasols complete the garden furniture. Next to the villa there is a parking space for 1 car. Holiday villa 88 is located in the nicest street and close to all amenities in the park.
