Villa 91 is located on a quiet, chic lane. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can be booked for a maximum of 6 people from the same family. The Château, swimming pools and tennis courts are a very short walk away.
The villa is very spaciously equipped (more spacious than other villas in the park) with various appliances for your convenience. Such as Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, ice maker, air fryer, deep fryer, baking tray. There are also 2 electric bicycles that you can use during your stay and 1 electric scooter for short distances, for example to the village for your freshly baked bread. There is cooling in every bedroom and an air purifier in 1 room.
In the area you can make plenty of trips to local markets. A city trip to Carcassonne or Toulouse is also worthwhile. Do you want to play golf? There is a beautiful 18-hole golf course about a 45-minute drive away. Of course you can also drive to the Pyrenees, which are approximately 1 hour's drive away. Plenty to do if you decide to go out for a day and when you get back you can enjoy the swimming pools in the park.

Cancellation policy:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 42 days before the start of the rental period: 25%
cancellation less than 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
