Villa Fleur is located in the first row on the Ardèche river. This allows you to enjoy a unique view, without seeing other houses, from the garden in nature (Ardèche border, "Rocher de Sampzon" ...)

Villa Fleur is a detached, spacious 8-person villa with private swimming pool, located in the beautiful park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche. The villa is located in the quiet holiday park next to the Ardèche river. Only five minutes from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and terraces.
The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park has a large communal swimming pool, pétanque courts, tennis courts, ping-pong tables, children's play equipment and a multisports field where you can play football, basketball or volleyball.
You can also enjoy the private swimming pool in your garden and play pétanque on the private pétanque court!

Accommodation: 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate guest toilet

Ground floor: The living room has a spacious, comfortable sitting area with a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table, dresser, TV cabinet with large smart TV with international channels (via satellite) and the possibility to watch TV via the internet. There is also a cosy wood-burning fireplace, which provides a lovely heater for the colder evenings in spring and autumn. The beds are made on arrival.

From the living room you have the possibility to walk through the three sliding doors, all equipped with electric shutters, to your garden, where you can enjoy nature under the spacious covered terrace. Or you can walk from the living room through the dining room, with dining area for eight, to the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, two fridges, a coffee machine (also a Senseo machine), a kettle and combined microwave/oven.


The villa also has a small storage room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. You have free access to the Wi-Fi in the house. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Heating is possible in all rooms via electric heaters. In the hall there is a separate toilet and a door to the sleeping area on the ground floor. Behind this door there is a second hallway with access to two bedrooms and the bathroom. The two downstairs bedrooms have French doors, a closet with hanging and leg section, a chair, bedside tables with bedside lamps and a mirror. The bathroom has a bath with shower, a sink, a bathroom rack for all your toiletries and a second toilet.

Upper floor: a staircase in the hall takes you to the first floor with access to a spacious covered balcony with views over the garden and pool. From here you can also see the village of Sampzon and in spring and autumn the Ardèche river. From the hall upstairs you have access to the two bedrooms and the bathroom.

Both bedrooms have two single beds of 80x200cm, a wardrobe with hanging and leg area, a chair, bedside tables with bedside lamps and a mirror. The second bathroom has a separate shower, a sink, a shelf for your toiletries and a toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Garden and swimming pool: The covered terrace is equipped with a large table with eight chairs. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The garden is spacious enough so that you can enjoy the sun all day long. There are also plenty of shaded areas under the covered terrace and under the umbrellas. The private pool is 8 x 4 m. and in the deepest part about 1.6 m deep. The private pool is open from April to October. The pool can be heated throughout the rental season (in case of colder temperatures in spring and autumn / additional charge). Before and after swimming, you can take a shower in the outdoor shower. The pool is securely enclosed with an electric cover that can be operated with a key. This keeps the water nice, warm and clean. The pool is maintained weekly by professionals (usually on Fridays) and the ground is cleaned.

The garden is well protected, offers plenty of privacy and is enclosed with fences. There is a bowling alley with lighting, nice to play a petanque match in the evening! In the garden you will also find a lounge set to relax with a good book. Next to the pool is a lovely lawn, great for the kids to play. At the back of the garden you will also find an additional shaded seating area under the new pavilion.

You can park up to three cars on private property, one under a carport.
Another advantage: There is a canoe rental at the park. At the reception it is possible to rent the canoes. This way you can start your canoe trip directly from the park.

Due to the insurance of this house, cameras have been installed. But these are disabled when guests are present.
