Atmospheric living room The living room is regularly refreshed, with new covers and cushions.
Unique to this holiday home is the gazebo at the back of the garden. A beautiful detached extra canopy with lighting, all in the style of the house.

The villa is located between Ruoms and Vallon, in the small Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche close to the Ardeche River, opposite Mount Sampson.
In addition to the extra detached roof, the roof on the house has also been enlarged by 21m2, now a beautiful space of 36 m2 has been created to always have a BBQ, lunch and breakfast in the shade.

The competition size jeu de boules track, built in our own garden, guarantees many hours of entertainment
2 tennis courts and a sports field have been laid out for guests on the domaine. During the season and also during the May holidays, everything is organized here by the managers. (on small scale)
The little ones have also been thought of and you can enjoy playing on the children's playground.
Our little guests have also been thought of in the villa and everything is included in the rental price, such as this high chair.

In the garden there is a beautiful bowling alley of competition dimensions that guarantees many hours of fun in your own garden....
Everything is also available for the little guests, also at the stairs both up and down stair gates have been placed that have been approved by the consumer association. The cot can be placed in any bedroom and is made up on arrival if desired. All this at no extra cost.
And a high chair so that slightly larger little ones can also sit comfortably.
There are 2 bathrooms in the villa, this one is upstairs with a beautiful spacious walk-in shower with glass wall. Downstairs the same bathroom, with bath with shower option.

The Cavern at Vallon Pont d'Arc, also known as the replica of the Chauvet cave contains beautiful rock paintings of inhabitants of 38,000 years ago.
The markets are also worth booking in spring and autumn, here is the Friday market in Barjac.
