The rents of the house are all-inclusive prices which means that there are some things ready for you. Like a bottle of wine, butter, café and thé, marmelade, milk so you do not need immediately go to the store even if they are just a few minutes walk from the house. The bakery is open from 7h in the morning.
Linen is included and the beds are made. There are ample towels, bath-kitchen-table and pool towels. The hot water is supplied by solar energy coupled to the gas boiler. There is also a free WiFi-CPL Internet connection .
The stone house is in a quiet street in the center of the French really charming medieval town (1500 inhabitants) Baker, butcher, fruit and vegetables, grocery shop, pharmacy, tobacco and newspapers and pub-restaurants are within 150m of the house. On the marketplace is a bistro-concert during the week-ends alternating bands. We enjoy a very pleasant climate. We sometimes have a shower so that nature here is not so dry and barren as on the Cote d'azur. The landscape is varied and the region reflects a rich history. The Lot-et-Garonne is situated between the Dordogne and the Gers, and the forests of the Landes. The cottage is furnished for 5 people it has 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with a 2 bed and the other 2 single beds (twin, trundle) both rooms are 12m ². The third bedroom has a surface. of 25m ² with 2 bed. Extra cot or crib is available upon request. Ground floor: Hall and view through the terrace.
There is also a 1 person bed-sofa, 2 armchairs, LCD TV 68cm (new 2010) TNT, with 25 French channels and DVD player with multi-lingual DVDs, Books.

House, garden and privacy
The stone house (is cool in the summer) is the former residence of the cork manufacturer and adjacent to the former cork factory which is now the home of the (Dutch/ French and English speaking) owner. It can be considered as 2 houses under one roof or behind a façade of 22 meters. Enjoy complete privacy both indoors and in the walled garden that is higher than the street. A large terrace with préau at the same level as the floor of the house and is ideal to enjoy your summer meals from breakfast to dinner .

At 100m from the house there is also a restaurant where at maximum 12 € an afternoon meal including wine (3 courses) served restuarants This type is found in the whole region. One or two beds depending, twin or trundle is located on the garden side. Each bedroom has a column-fan. The stores hang on the outside of the window so you can sleep with open windows and yet sheltered. The center of Mézin is too high for mosquitoes. It is a stone house naturally cool so the best is to close the shutters during the day and evening opening, usually there is a large difference between day and night temperatures
This 3rd oversized bedroom The bed has 2 separate electrically adjustable slats. There is a fan. and like the other bedrooms a store on the outside and there are shutters. Potted cabinets. There is a dressing table and a desk and an armchair and chairs.
The bathroom has a bath and a crane with a showerhead. Bath Screen. An anti-slip mat for the bath. Bathroom mats. Hairdryer and magnifying mirror. Some basic products such as soap, shampoo and bubble bath.There is a cabinet with 60 towels and there are 8 beach towels in the house. Toilet paper. Cleaning products.

The public swimmingpool renovated since 2009, is at 100 meters from the house, open from 1 June to 30 september, 6 days a week admission 2 Euro. It is heated (26 *) overflowing, (25X12m). Polyesters for swimming lessons and lifeguard surveillance, cozy solarium. Separate children's pool (12x5m), so the kids can play with French children it can be a nice way to learn the language! For men and boys a swimsuit is required no shorts or bermudas.

Het huis ligt in een charmant dorp midden in een prachtige omgeving. Het huis zelf is ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken die je als vakantieganger nodig hebt. Vooral de keuken is zeer compleet zodat lekker koken mogelijk is. Het huis is ingericht in een jaren 30 stijl waar je van moet houden. Zelf heb ik dit absoluut niet als vervelend ervaren, integendeel! Er zijn verder meerdere zitjes gecreëerd in de grote tuin. Zo kan je lekker van de zon genieten of van de schaduw plekken. Onder het afdak in de tuin staat een grote eettafel waar je lekker kunt genieten van een hapje en een drankje. De eigenaresse van de woning woont direct naast het huis en is zeer behulpzaam. Daarnaast is zij ook erg gezellig om af en toe een praatje mee te maken of een wijntje met haar te drinken.
Het huis is ook voorzien van een zeer uitgebreide boekenkast met uiteraard veel boeken, cd's, mappen met wandelroutes en andere activiteiten in de buurt.
Wij hebben er veel gewandeld en een aantal keren gegolfd. Er liggen een aantal mooie golfbanen in de directe omgeving die zeer uitdagend zijn en de moeite waard om een rondje te lopen.
Kortom, wij hebben ons prima vermaakt.
Uitstekend adres om een rustige, mooie en niet overlopen door vele toeristen omgeving te verkennen. De verhuurster heeft alle informatie in ordners ondergebracht zodat
er voldoende handleiding is om de tripjes voor te bereiden. Ze doet tevens erg haar best om op een niet opdringende wijze de vakantie tot een succes te maken.
Kortom een adres waar men een voortdurend vakantie gevoel hebt in een echt Frans ingerichte woning.
