The holiday home is equipped with every comfort with various amenities nearby such as a bakery, small supermarket, doctor, drugstore, etc. La Colline is equipped with every comfort. On the ground floor there is a front door on the side with a hall with toilet, a living room with a beautiful view and a large living, dining kitchen fully equipped. On the top floor you will find the bathroom with a luxurious shower cubicle, toilet and built-in washbasin. Three bedrooms, with 2x double beds (1 electric
adjustable), 1 bunk bed, a single bed and a cot.En
a beautiful enclosed spacious garden. There is a covered terrace with bbq lighting where you can enjoy a croissant in peace and the view. The perfect (family) holiday to relax, but also ideal for the active person. From the holiday home you can walk to the river Allier where you can spot many different types of birds, which is great fun for the children (canoeing).

The domain forest of Tronçais is one of the most beautiful high oak forests
of Europe and is more than 300 years old. This vast territory, a
beloved place of numerous animals such as deer, roe deer, wild boar,
tawny owls, various buzzards and booted eagles. The forest of Troncais,
an oasis of peace and rejuvenation, dotted with numerous paths, is ideal
to devote themselves to hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, or
just observing fauna and flora. In the middle of the forest
one finds five ponds that also contribute to the beauty of the
place. It contains a leisure center, which is supervised in July and August
offers swimming, in addition to water slides, pedal boats, mini golf,
archery, tennis, fishing and children's games.

If you prefer the crowds, there are several in the summer
village festivals. Holds
you like Brocantes then you can indulge yourself. There are always nice broccantes / markets too
find in one of the nearby villages. There is one nearby
amusement park / animal park (le Pal) can be found for the whole family. For an active day out with the children, you can go to Adventure Grand Bois park.. A nice day out

Club and at the Golf public du Nivernais in Nevers.
