The detached holiday home is located on the edge of the village of Chateau-sur-Alliers in a beautiful setting. The hilly landscape has been particularly well preserved. Mass tourism has not yet penetrated, so you get value for money. It is in fact a treasure trove of natural, cultural and historical attractions.
The house is equipped with every comfort with various facilities nearby such as a bakery, supermarkets, doctor, drugstore etc. La Colline is equipped with every comfort. On the ground floor there is a front door with a hall with built-in toilet, a living room with a beautiful view and a large kitchen with all amenities provided. On the upper floor you will find the bathroom with a luxury shower cubicle, toilet and built-in washbasin. Three bedrooms, with 2 double beds, 1 bunk bed, a single bed and a child's bed. Do you want more because, for example, grandparents go along? dishwasher, electric hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a sitting area. (TV, etc.) This can be rented extra (ask for the possibilities). The garden is very spacious and free. There is a covered terrace with lighting where you can enjoy a croissant in peace and the view. The perfect (family) holiday to unwind, but also ideal for the active person.
