La Colline

Thank you for visiting this rental page for a quietly located, yet cozy, active and attractive part of France.Located in the auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

The holiday home is equipped with every comfort with various amenities nearby such as a bakery, small supermarket, doctor, drugstore etc. La Colline is equipped with every comfort. On the ground floor there is a front door on the side with hall with  toilet, a living room with a beautiful view and large living, dining kitchen with all amenities. On the upper floor you will find the bathroom with a luxurious shower, toilet and built-in sink. Three bedrooms, with 2x double beds (1 electric
adjustable), 1 bunk bed, a single bed and a cot. And
a beautiful enclosed spacious garden. There is a covered terrace, with lighting bbq where you can enjoy a  croissant in peace and the view. The perfect (family) holiday to unwind, but also ideal for the active person. From the holiday home you can walk to the river Allier where you can spot many different species of birds, and is great fun for the children (canoeing).

The Tronçais forest is one of the most beautiful tall oak forests
of Europe and is more than 300 years old. This vast territory, a
popular place of numerous animals such as deer, roe deer, wild boar,
tawny owls, various buzzards and booted eagles. The forest of Tronçais,
An oasis of peace and rejuvenation, dotted with numerous paths, is ideal
to dedicate yourself to hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding,  In the middle of the forest

cities suitable for shopping and eating out. Or to make a
museum. Such as the mining museum (Musée de la Mine in La

one large market that is partly covered where you can buy fresh products.
 In the surrounding villages there are several jeu de boules
find jobs. Golf enthusiasts can go to the Bourges Golf
Club and at the Golf public du Nivernais in Nevers.
