Beautifully situated holiday home in the heart of the Allier, surrounded by forest and meadows. From the holiday home you have a beautiful view over the hills, forests and the Puy de Dome. The villa is located on a quiet road and has its own driveway with parking space and therefore complete privacy.

The villa is completely detached with a large, beautiful terrace where the sun shines all day but where you can also sit in the shade. Downstairs there is a fireplace and air conditioning. a spacious bedroom with private bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious living room with seating area and TV with Dutch and French channels. The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator and induction hob. The villa has a spacious bathroom upstairs with a walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms, including a loft with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed.

The area is very suitable for those seeking peace and quiet, walkers, cyclists and you can take beautiful walks where you can encounter deer, red deer and beautiful birds, as you can walk straight into the forest from the villa. In the area are the beautiful cities of Moulins, Montluçon, Bourges, Vichy and Clermont-Ferrand with the Puy de Dôme, many castles and many villages with nice flea markets.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
