This holiday home is quietly located next to a babbling stream in the village of Horni Kalna, about 5 kilometers south of the town of Vrchlabi, which rightly calls itself "The gateway to the Giant Mountains" due to its central location. An ideal environment for your summer and winter holidays. Because of the large garden, also ideal for children.
The house has a spacious terrace with garden furniture and an enclosed large garden with a large swimming pool (Ø 3.6 m), a large trampoline (Ø 3.6 m), a play area with swing and a barbecue. The house has been renovated and is comfortably and cozy furnished and equipped with a central heating system. The spacious living room is equipped with a sofa, dining area, color television, satellite receiver with Dutch channels, DVD and stereo with CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a ceramic hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and dining area.
The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and 2-person sauna. The 3 spacious bedrooms with 2, 3 and 4 beds can accommodate 9 adults and 1 child (in a cot). In addition, there is even a separate large playroom (36m2!!) for the children with table tennis table, billiards, shuffleboard and sofa. There is an extra toilet on the top floor. You also have access to a washing machine, a dryer, a high chair and WIFI internet.
Parking for 2 cars directly at the house. Due to its central location, this is an ideal place to explore the Giant Mountains and the Czech paradise. Beautiful ski slopes for families with children and beginners at 7 km!!!. 2 km away are the slopes for advanced skiers. Many scheduled services also depart from Vrchlabi to various locations (even to the house, bus stop on the other side of the road). Prague is 120 km away and can be reached in about 2 hours by car. In short, an ideal environment, both in summer and winter!!!!
