In front of the house starts one of the many hiking trails along the river Orb, through the vineyards and the rugged nature in the starting mountains.

The driveway offers parking for min. 3 cars and provides access to the (wine) cellar, which runs under the entire house. The attic above the whole house offers the possibility to create additional bedrooms and bathroom. In front of the house, on the Orb, there is also plenty of parking space. There are no neighbors across the street, we are the last house of the municipality with the last lamppost in front of the door. The house is not lonely and very free.
