We rent out our 2 spacious apartments which are located 5 km north of Hurghada. Each of the apartments has a living room and 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. Each of the apartments is suitable for 4 to 5 people.
Discover a spacious garden of 700 m² with a 12-metre private swimming pool. You will stay in one of our 75 m² apartments, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a second room with a queen-size bunk bed for three people.
Relax under the pergola or by the pool, the villa is fully equipped to make your stay carefree.

The villa can accommodate up to 5 guests, plus a baby up to 1 year.
There is a typical Egyptian beach within walking distance – nice to visit and relax with a drink. For a nice day of sunbathing, we recommend a nicer beach with more luxury and comfort about a 15-minute drive away.

The green garden is a true haven of peace. Take a refreshing dip in the spacious private swimming pool of 12 meters long (with a depth of 110 to 160 cm), and relax on a lounger or in one of the cozy, shaded seating areas around the pool. Feel like eating outside? You can! In the garden you will find a comfortable dining area and a stone barbecue for long, balmy evenings.
The upstairs apartment also has a balcony where you can relax with a book.

There is plenty to do inside and outside. Play a game of table football or choose from one of the board games for a fun evening together.
For families with young children, everything is taken care of: from a baby cot and high chair to a baby bath, mosquito net, baby cutlery and more – so you can travel light and still not be short of anything.

All rooms – both the bedrooms and the living room – are equipped with air conditioning. This way you can enjoy a pleasant temperature, day and night.

The villa is practical and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You have a well-kept bathroom with shower and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of crockery, pans, cutlery and glasses.
For those who stay longer, a washing machine and drying rack are available outside – very handy.
You don't have to think about anything on arrival: coffee and tea are already waiting for you, as well as towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and chilled drinking water from the water dispenser (with hot, cold and normal water).
📍 Quiet location with everything within easy reach
Although you enjoy complete peace and privacy, the villa is still centrally located. Beaches, restaurants and sights are easily accessible.
And do you have any questions or do you want tips? Our helpful caretaker (since 2007) lives nearby and is happy to help you on your way. This highly reliable friendly man, whom we have come to consider family, is responsible for the maintenance of the villa, the garden and the pool and especially for the well-being of our guests. He is happy to help with all kinds of matters and, on request, he can even guide you on your explorations through Hurghada or to Luxor, for example.

Of course, free Wi-Fi is available, so you can effortlessly work, plan or stream when it suits you.
