We rent out our 2 spacious apartments which are located 5 km north of Hurghada. Each of the apartments has a living room, 2 bedrooms (all with air conditioning), bathroom and a kitchen. Each of the apartments is suitable for 4 to 5 persons.

We employ a friendly young man who is responsible for the swimming pool, the maintenance of the garden and the well-being of our guests (such as solving any malfunctions with the internet or satellite TV). He can also arrange reliable and affordable taxi drivers for you or even guide you on your explorations through Hurghada or to Luxor, for example.

We are Marco and Ellen Alders and since 2007 owner of this semi villa in which we make. 2 apartments Actually I played (Marco) from high school with the idea sooner or later to buy anywhere in the world where the sun shines a beautiful home. It has thus become Egypt. The house is located 5 km north of Hurghada, quiet, a place to rest. And of course for swimming, snorkeling and diving to eat out!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
