Layout: 1 master bedroom downstairs has a double bed. On the 1st floor there is a spacious landing with a chess/checkers table, 1 room at the back with 2 single beds with TV and Nintendo, table football and stargazer.
At the front is a room with 4 single beds and a billiards table and PC. In the basement you will find a camping bed.
The living room has a color TV with satellite receiver, a well-stocked CD bookcase, DVD player and radio and some games and puzzles. The bathroom with shower and sink and a washing machine.
In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, Senseo, hob, microwave, bread maker and kitchen items such as sandwich maker and citrus press, baking tins, etc.
Behind the house there is an orchard. Which you can fully enjoy when the fruit is ripe (cherries, pears, plums and apples). For several years now there has also been a log house with a lounge set.
This has lighting and can also be heated. It can be closed using screens.

The house has central heating. There is a dryer in the shed. There is usually a case of beer ready in the cellar (replenish usage).

Then outside, we have an orchard of approximately 1000 m2 with apple, pear, cherry, plum and walnut trees (guests are baking en masse), the whole thing can be closed with a fence. Car parking is available on site. There is a fireplace and wood. A terrace with garden furniture and hammock from Fatboy and parasols and a large BBQ.
Finally, football goals and badminton set up a table tennis table that can remain outside. There are also some bicycles. The orchard also contains the log cabin with lounge set, heaters and lighting.

Bath, bed and kitchen linen are provided.
Then the town called Hejna. It has less than 150 inhabitants and is therefore very quiet. In addition to the fact that the surroundings are beautiful, there is the opportunity to play tennis nearby (in the village), swim both outdoors and indoors, fish and canoeing.
