Bila Ruze

Layout:  1 master bedroom downstairs has a double bed. On 1 floor  a spacious landing with chess/draughts table, 1 room at the back with 2 single beds with TV and nintendo and table football and stargazer. 
At the front a room with 4 single beds and billiards and PC. For the little ones there is a camp bed, bouncer, a children's stove, bubby and etc.
The living room has a kl-tv with satellite receiver with an extensive channel package. In addition, you  will find  a CD, DVD player and radio. A  well-stocked bookcase and some games and puzzles. The bathroom with shower and sink and a  washing machine will be completely renovated in 2024.
In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, senseo, hob, microwave, bread maker and those kitchen things like sandwich maker and juicer baking tins, etc.
Behind the house is an orchard. Which you can fully enjoy when the fruit is ripe (pears, plums and apples). For several years there has also been a log cabin with a lounge set.
This has lighting and can also be heated. It can be closed by means of screens.

The house has central heating. There is a dryer in the shed. In the cellar there is usually a crate of beer ready (replenish use).

Then outside, there we have an orchard of about 1000 m2 with apple, pear, cherries, plums and walnut trees (guests are baking en masse) the whole is lockable with a gate.  Car can be on the property There is a fireplace and wood. A terrace with garden set and hammock from Fatboy and  parasols and a large BBQ. 
Finally, football goals and a badminton set a table tennis table that can be left outside. There are also some bicycles. 
Bath, bed and kitchen linen are provided.
Then the town is called Hejna. Has less than 150 inhabitants and is therefore very quiet in addition to the beautiful surroundings,  There is nearby the possibility to play tennis (in the village), to swim both outdoors and indoors,  to fish and canoe. The children's pool (with pump) can be set up in the garden.
