1.1. Other information: The house is equipped for up to six adults. There is also a high chair, playpen and camp bed for a child / baby.Voor the maximum number of people there is linen. For the maximum number of people there are garden chairs. There is a large lawn and a location to the firepit to steken.In the house are several games outside and inside. In addition there is information on Czech Republic in the house, near the house, sightseeing, etc.

4. Tips & Trips: 1; Restaurant and supermarket.In the main street of Kunzak there are a pizzeria, a restaurant and a small supermarket.2; Swimming: In Zvule you can swim in a forest lake with a sandy beach. From Clunek turn left towards Kunzak. In Kunzak do not follow the bend to the left, but go straight into the valley. At the bottom of the valley, turn right towards Terezin. You are now driving up a mountain. The next village you will encounter is Na-Jitrach. On the right side of a tree you will see signs with beautiful walking routes. Follow the road straight ahead and after about 2 kilometers you will see the sign Zvule on the left. In Zvule you will automatically find the forest lake with a sandy beach and the associated campsite.3; Steam train: The steam train runs between J. Hradec and Nova Bystrice through a beautiful mountain landscape and through small villages. You can board the steam train at the station (in Czech: Nadrazi) of J. Hradec. Departure times are indicated at the station. For example, there is also a boarding point in the village of Lomy. Lomy is in front of Kunzak.Steam train is in Czech Parnivlak.4; Cesky Krumlov and canoeing on the Vltava: Cesky Krumlov is a tourist town, with a castle and tower. From the tower you can look out over the beautiful surroundings. From Clunek you drive towards C. Budejovice and then follow C. Krumlov (approx. 70 km). In addition to visiting the castle and tower, you can canoe on the Vltava river in Cesky Krumlov . Information about canoeing can be found in the holiday home. Close to Cesky Krumlov is Hluboka Castle. Hluboka Castle is also called the fairytale castle. It is worth visiting the fairytale castle. 5; Stalactite cave: Via Brno, Blansko direction Ostrov (approx. 150 km) you arrive at the Punkevni caves. In Czech cave is jeskyne. The Punkevni caves are stalactite caves. You will be taken down via a cable car, so that you can then visit the stalactite caves on foot and by boat. It is very worthwhile to visit the caves, but sleeping late is not an option. Because a maximum number of people are allowed in the caves per day, a ticket must be bought before 9:30 am. Macocha is located near the stalactite caves. Macocha are high abyss in a beautiful mountainous area. There is a legend attached to Macocha that will be explained on the spot. You can also book your tickets online before you go on holiday in the Netherlands. 7; Visit towns and/or villages: Direction J. Hradec and then Prague, follow the town of Tabor (approx. 50 km). In Tabor there is a system of corridors under an old town hall, which can be visited under the supervision of a guide. Direction Kunzak then follows Telc (approx. 30 km). Telc is a nice village with a pleasant square and shops. There is also a tower, a castle and a large lake in Telc in which many carp and goldfish swim. The Landstein ruin is located about 25 km from Clunek. From Landstein there is a view over the 3-point Czech Republic - Germany - Austria. Landstein can also be reached by bicycle through the woods via marked routes. Cesky Budejovice is located approximately 60 km from Clunek. In the center of Cesky Budejovice is a central square. From the square there is a tour of the city by horse and carriage. In Cesky Budejovice there is also the black tower that can be climbed for a beautiful view. Jindrichuv Hradec is about 12 km from Clunek. In this city there are several hotels and restaurants on a village square. There is also a castle to visit and there are several large supermarkets, such as Lidl, Hypernova, Bila and Kaufland. In J. Hradec there is also an aqua park with indoor and outdoor pools, slides, children's playground, tennis court, beach volleyball field.

The weekly prices and the special prices are shown in the price table. The weekly prices are always valid for 1 week. The offer prices always apply for a minimum stay of 2 weeks. 1; Deposit: Within 2 weeks after booking a certain rental period, a deposit of at least 15% of the rent must be paid.2; Remaining rent: No later than 6 weeks before 12:00 on the day of commencement of the rental period, the remainder of the rent must be paid, including a 100 euro deposit. What exactly happens with the deposit is explained in the next paragraph.3; Deposit: Any damage will be deducted from the deposit of 100 euros. The settlement of the deposit will take place within 2 weeks after your rental period.4; Cancellation policy: Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 months before 12:00 on the day of commencement of your rental period. In case of cancellation within 2 months before 12:00 on the day of commencement of your rental period, 15% of the costs of your total rental period will be charged, excluding the deposit. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before 12:00 on the day of commencement of your rental period, 80% of the costs of your total rental period will be charged, excluding the deposit.5; Rental period: The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday. In connection with cleaning, you can enter the house from 3 p.m. and you must leave the house at 10 a.m. at the latest.
