Quietly located outside the village, with beautiful views of the Raven Mountains. Large yard with fruit orchard (4300 m2). 

Nicely furnished house, with comfortable and cozy spacious living room with wood stove. There is a separate dining room with patio doors. 

Bathroom and toilet downstairs and on the first floor. Downstairs bedroom and 2 upstairs bedrooms.

Important for some of us, there is wifi and satellite TV.

We are Saskia, Sytze, Roelof Jan and Hendrik. We live in a small village on the border between Groningen and Friesland. Every year we go with great pleasure to Lampertice to enjoy the house and the surroundings. Usually there are also chores to do to make the house and garden completely ready for the guests. Fortunately, the boys are real outdoors people, who always find something to do.

Additional information

The house was built early last century and was previously used as a small farming business, then as recreational homes. We bought the house in August 2004. In the months of January / m in July 2004, the house is completely renovated, later (2006) there is a whole new roof to come (see main photo). We have chosen the home comfortable and modern in focus. Practically the entire device is new. Format: port nematode, hallway, spacious lounge, kitchen, dining room with access to the terrace. From the hallway access to a luxury bathroom with separate shower and 2-person bath, a spacious 2-pers. bedroom, bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer. On the first floor bathroom, large bedroom with four 1-pers. beds and a large bedroom with 2 pers. bed. Heating is provided by an electric heating system.
House and interior
From the house and the garden has a magnificent view of the Vraní hory (the Raven Mountains). The top, the Špicák is 887 meters high and stands 300 meters above the surrounding landscape. In this area you can walk and cycle.
View
The house has a large garden (4300 m2). The garden is fenced and offers privacy. The orchard provides a special atmosphere. Besides, there are apple walnut trees (good against mosquitoes), hazelnut trees, moraines, plums and fruit bushes. A portion of the garden is flat and free of trees, so suitable for ball games.
Garden
In Lampertice itself is a small shop where you can get morning buns. For those who (also) more urban pleasures appreciate, Trutnov lies some 15 km away. This historic town has many shops, supermarkets, bowling alley, ice rink, cinema, cafes, bars, restaurants and a water park with indoor and outdoor pools. In the Albert Trutnov (supermarket / department store), which is 7 days per week is open all day. There are several restaurants within a few kilometers of the property, detailed information can be found in the information.

The house is also easily accessible in winter. The paved access road to the house (300 meters) every day through the town freed. You do have winter tires and snow chains, this is mandatory in the Czech Republic.

In the living room seating area with sofa, easy chair and stool. The stove is for fun, the electrical heating will warm the house quickly. Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee and kettle zetapparaat.

There is a separate dining room with a big table with ease 8 or more people can join. From the dining room you have access to the terrace. In the dining room you will find a small library.

In both bathrooms, a double tub and separate shower room.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom (18 m2). All beds have good quality mattresses Dutch (pocket spring). You do not need to bring bedding, this is included in the rent.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms furnished: 1 quadruple bedroom (40 m2) with four single beds and a spacious double bedroom with double bed. All beds have good quality mattresses Dutch (pocket spring). You do not need to bring bedding, this is included in the rent.

The house has ample parking for 3 or 4 cars.
Parking
Because it is really dark in the Czech Republic can be (if the streetlight is off), we have for our guests a telescope put down (manual available). Also in the house many CDs (pop, classical, world music, etc.), DVDs, VHS tapes and a small bibliotheek.In the information pack you will find many tips for excursions, complete with driving directions. Auto Map and hiking maps.
Extras
In the house are an AEG washing machine and dryer discharge, both with Dutch manual. Here you can use free of charge. In the laundry room you can also find ironing board and iron.

Next to the church in the middle of the village is a sacred source. Male Svatonovice is a pilgrimage. The story goes that once a blind boy drank water from dt and then could see. The water from the source is very drinkable. The inhabitants of the village get themselves here their water in plastic bottles.
Left of the church is a path to the Cross of Jesus Christ
The famous cliffs of Adrespach. It is very impressive to walk through it here. Many rocks have been given a name because of its appearance. In the middle of the park is a mountain lake where you can sail a boat along.
