Accommodation in the Holiday House - welcome home is located in the Krkonoše foothills in a quiet part of the village of Lampertice with nearby services. Free parking is located right next to the house.

The house is fully equipped for everyday use, such as TV-Netflix, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, etc. and you will feel at home. The house has three floors, on the ground floor there is a social - games room with billiards and a sauna, there is also a double bed. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.

When you enter the first floor you enter the fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, hood, coffee maker, toaster, SodaStream. On this floor there is also a dining table and a common room - a living room with a sitting area, TV and fireplace. On the next floor there are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Toilet on each floor.

Outdoor furniture, parasol, grill available outside. If you are interested in accommodating more people, do not hesitate to contact us. The nearest municipal restaurant is a 3-minute drive away, other restaurants are a 5-minute drive away in the town of Žacléř.

All our prices include WiFi, Netflix, welcome bottle of wine, cleaning and bed linen. Every day you get 10 KWU of electricity for free, for additional consumption we charge €0.45 per KWU.

For heating, you will receive 1 bag of wood pellets (for the pellet stove) free of charge upon arrival, another bag costs €5.50.

Cancel fees:
0% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled more than 60 calendar days before the accommodation.

25% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled 59-30 calendar days before the start of the accommodation.

50% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled 29 - 10 calendar days before the start of the accommodation.

100% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled 9 or less calendar days before the start of the accommodation.
