Centrally located villa with spacious garden, private swimming pool and a view of the famous Queen Juliana Bridge at the front. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to Willemstad (7 min. drive) and therefore also a central location for the rest of the island. Our villa is also very suitable for wheelchair users due to an extra barrier-free entrance and very accessible bathrooms, bedrooms and outdoor space. The house and garden are spacious, which makes maneuvering a lot easier.
This villa is perfect to go out and discover the island and then come home to a nice environment. For relaxed holidaymakers there are the various beaches, active holidaymakers can dive, rock or mountain climb and for culture lovers there are the old town and all the museums and country houses.
The construction and furnishing of the house and garden were completed in mid-December 2022 and can therefore still be called fairly new. Be surprised by this place and book a stay!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor. The tenant can cancel the agreement free of charge up to 7 days before the start date of the rental period. If the lessee announces within 7 days before the start date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
