For The Reef 1.5 Penthouse we have made a careful selection of materials without compromise resulting in a modern, fresh and contemporary interior. The main interior elements are imported from Europe. We've added a tropical touch with a high roof, hardwood doors, and a spacious porch/deck with a nice breeze for cooling.
The penthouse has two bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom/furniture/toilet with hand and bath towels. From the 2 shutter windows you have a beautiful view over the golf course. Both bedrooms are equipped with linen, ample closet space and air conditioning unit. A separate guest toilet is available. As well as an iron, ironing board, washing machine and other useful household stuff in the utility room. The open, fully equipped kitchen with cooking island and dining table is equipped with an induction hob, microwave/oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee/Nespresso for enthusiasts, blender and a kettle.
The entire apartment is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi throughout. Electricity is 220 volts.The living room has a sitting area with smart flat-screen TV and more than 50 channels. The extra space, light and beautiful ocean views come from the sliding doors that provide access to the 30 m2 corner porch/terrace. From the lounge seating area and separate dining table you can relax with your favorite drinks. In the evening, the lights provide a romantic setting. The tropical oasis/swimming pool with sun terrace and sunbeds is only a few meters away.
