Casa Pura Vida is a holiday home just a few minutes from the beautiful Jan Thiel beach and 10 minutes from the famous Mambo Beach Boulevard.

Our house has 2 bedrooms.

1 bedroom with a spacious double bed and the other with 2 single beds. You can easily put them together.

Take a refreshing dip in the spacious swimming pool and relax on the comfortable sun loungers.

In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner with your group on the spacious terrace.

The house also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV and private parking in a gated domain.

Casa Pura Vida features a spacious living room with a cozy seating area and a smart TV with access to Netflix or other streaming services.

Wifi is of course free and available for your use.

On our covered terrace, you can enjoy delicious moments with your group at the dining table.

The kitchen includes a handy coffee maker, an oven that doubles as a microwave, and plenty of cooking utensils to prepare your own meals.

The large fridge and freezer ensure that you don't have to shop too often during your stay.

The first bedroom features a spacious double bed, air conditioning and blackout curtains.

It also features a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of hangers.

The second bedroom has two separate beds, which can be placed together if desired.

The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a hair dryer.

The cost of electricity is not included in the rental price. These will be deducted from the deposit or paid on departure.

The meter reading is noted on arrival and departure (and can be photographed).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
