The apartment is rented including  (10Kwh per day) use of energy. If the average is exceeded, additional costs may be charged by the landlord. Extra consumption costs 0.87 ANG per kwhThis scheme is intended to prevent unnecessary consumption in terms of costs and of course it is better for the environment to be aware of this.
Tip: to keep costs low, we advise you to be aware of the use of air conditioning. 

You can discuss a late check out with the manager in Curaçao. This is sometimes possible (depends on the planning of cleaning or other work and of course also depends on when the next tenant comes). The cost of a late check out is 100 ANG, to be paid to the manager in Curaçao. If you want to be sure of a late check out, you can book an extra day. Otherwise it is always subject to change. If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

• cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

• Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

• Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

• cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
