This beautiful brand new penthouse is located on the 3rd floor; But because of the sloping terrain you only have to climb 1 flight of stairs. It is located in the beautiful and secured Blue Bay Beach and Golf resort and is actually a resort within the resort, called the Breeze; which consists of 40 apartments and 10 penthouses; with beautiful courtyard garden and 2 swimming pools.

This penthouse has 150 m2 of interior space and a blissfully large terrace 100 m2 around it with views over nature and the golf course and only 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The apartment is usually rented with 2 of the 3 bedrooms; 1 spacious bathroom; Separate guest toilet and outdoor shower. But can also be rented out upon request with the 3rd bedroom and extra bathroom.
The apartment is furnished to a high end and fully equipped. The gardens are beautifully tropical and a feast for the eyes. Electricity is charged according to consumption.

Hi. I'm Dutch; I have lived in various places in the world; But eventually I ended up here with my family and have been living here for 15 years now. I hope to be able to live here for a long time. I live 5 minutes away; handy in case of emergency.
The penthouse is intended to eventually be lived in by yourself in a few years. But until then; It's great when others can enjoy it too. We love to receive guests and have been hosting various properties for many years. See you soon!
