Description villa Casa Koba:
Our exclusive villa Casa Koba is located in the Grote Berg district. The district "Grote Berg" in the middle of the island is so central that all beaches, center of Willemstad, and airport can be reached in a short time. The location of this villa ensures that you have an exclusive view of land and sea.
The house has recently been completely furnished in Caribbean style and includes a large living room with kitchen and a lounge area with panoramic view and spacious dining table and sitting area. There is a master bedroom with spacious ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. 2 spacious bedrooms with large wardrobe and together 1 spacious bathroom and separate toilet. In the middle there is a laundry room with washing machine (see floor plan)
Outside there is a swimming pool , a Komado BBQ with bar table, a pallapa (thatched roof). One floor below is your own piece of beach where you can relax with a cocktail and enjoy the sunset.
There is also a toilet room and outdoor shower near the pool. Here you will also find a fridge-freezer with ice cubes/cold water so that you always have your cold drinks nearby.

Environment:
At the bottom of the mountain (200m) is the Bali restaurant, a gym, shops with fresh fish and a liquor store with a wide range of fine wines. There is also a small supermarket for quick shopping. At about 1 km is the well-known restaurant "de Buurvrouw".
From Grote Berg it is about 10 minutes to blue bay, 15 minutes to the center of Willemstad, 20 minutes to westpunt and all beautiful beaches.
Good to know :
* Between cleaning for stays longer than 7 days on request from the manager. Arrange on arrival and to be paid by manager.
* Check-in from 16:00 and check-out 12:00. possibly later possible in consultation with the manager.
* minimum rental period 7 nights, Christmas period in consultation
