In the tropical palm garden behind my house is this apartment that I like to rent out to holidaymakers. It is quiet and you can relax. The private swimming pool with sun loungers is entirely at your disposal, there are no other guests. It is centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Supermarkets, a small mall and restaurants are close by. Several beautiful beaches and the historic center of Willemstad (Punda) are only a 10-15 minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity, walking from the cottage, you can walk in nature.
The apartment has a living-bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a terrace with a seating area and BBQ. In the garden there is shade and sun at any time of the day. The apartment is well on the wind.
It is fully equipped with mosquito nets and comfortably furnished with a double bed, dining area, wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, refrigerator. It is also equipped with a 2 burner counter, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, wire less internet, ironing board + iron, hair dryer and safe. There is a cool box that you can take with you to the stand. You can park your (rental) car in the yard, the site is completely walled. Cleaning is done 1 time a week. The price is excl. electricity. Linen and cleaning, tourist tax are included. My sweet dog Bandit 'guards' the yard and especially likes it when there are guests. Bandit runs loose in the yard.
