Outside is a large terrace of 30 m2 with large bar and outdoor kitchen.

The interior space is 20 m2 in total.

Here you will find the bedroom with queen-size bed with air conditioning and a luxurious bathroom.

The apartment is centrally located in the Sunset Heights district with its fresh breeze and a very beautiful sunset to admire

Check-in from 15:00, check-out before 12:00.
Longer stays are possible on request.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation within 5 days before arrival, 50% of the rent will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the rent will be charged.

Sunset Heights is a quiet and secure gated community with permanent security at the entrance to the neighborhood. Only authorized persons have access to the neighborhood. The area is very quiet, without noise pollution, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the peace and tropical atmosphere after a day at the beach and/or sightseeing of the island.
