Your accommodation
The spacious living room is attractively furnished and has an open kitchen. This space is ideal for spending time with family or friends. Through the sliding doors you reach the spacious private terrace, which is partly shaded, perfect for cooling off on hot days. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable lounge set and a dining table with six chairs, making it the perfect place to relax or eat al fresco. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the tropical garden that surrounds the apartment complex.

The apartment can accommodate four people and is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a private washing machine and dryer available and in the separate storage room you will find an iron and ironing board. The spacious living room has a television and the sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, such as a kitchen island, dishwasher, American fridge, combi oven/microwave and Nespresso machine. The air conditioning ensures that the indoor climate remains pleasant even on the hottest days.

The bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of privacy, ideal for families or two couples traveling together. The master bedroom is equipped with a television, large wardrobe and a private bathroom with toilet and rain shower. The complex itself is only an 8 minute walk from the beautiful Blue Bay beach. The beach is a quiet place to relax under one of the palapas, while enjoying a refreshing drink. For sports enthusiasts, there are plenty of water sports options, such as diving, kayaking and sailing.

Other important information

Water and electricity costs
The apartment is rented excluding water and electricity costs. So that energy consumption is dealt with consciously, especially by using the air conditioning.

- costs for electricity are charged at € 0.55 per Kwh;
- Costs for water are charged at € 10.00 per m3.
Average consumption is about € 15.00 per night.

Security
The costs of water and electricity will be deducted from the deposit.
The deposit is € 300.00 for a minimum stay of four days. The deposit must be paid at check-in. For stays longer than two weeks, the deposit will be increased by € 100 per week.

Cancellation policy
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
