We would like to welcome you to our luxury apartment on The Breeze, a tropical oasis with two beautiful swimming pools, located in the heart of the centrally located Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort.
From the terrace you can walk straight to the swimming pool. This is one of the few complexes on Blue Bay where you can walk to the beach (only 6 minutes). Access to the beach is free for guests of the resort. The entire resort is secured 24/7.
The space
Spacious and comfortable apartment of approximately 115 m², practically laid out and suitable for a relaxing stay. The open kitchen is above average well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster and blender. The living room has air conditioning, a smart TV and fast wifi.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other has two single beds that can also be placed together. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower, private toilet and hairdryer.
Outdoor space
The spacious patio is furnished with a dining table, hammock and lounge set. From the patio you can walk directly to the swimming pool, about 50 meters away.
Facilities
Separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and drying rack. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included. The apartment is equipped with 220V sockets. There is a private parking space for one car.
Location
The apartment is centrally located on Blue Bay and within walking distance of the beach (about 6 minutes), which is certainly not standard within the resort. The beach is free for guests, including sunbeds. On the beach you will find a restaurant, dive shop, playground, bar and a pizza food truck. Blue Bay is a gated community with 24/7 security.
Willemstad, the airport and the nearest supermarket are about a 5-minute drive away.
Important information
Electricity and water are charged separately based on consumption at 0.87 XCG per kWh and 13 XCG per m³. A security deposit of USD 250 or 450 XCG in cash is required upon arrival.
Guest access
You can use the entire apartment except for the owner's closet in the second bedroom.
