Additional information about the prices:

Rental prices: We have a fixed and transparent rate per night all year round. The current price can be found in the price calendar.

Including: Linen, towels and wifi are included in the price.

Deposit & Consumption: To encourage conscious use of water and energy, and to cover any damage, we use a mandatory deposit of € 100 per week that is transferred to the owner in advance. The actual consumption of water and electricity is always fully deducted from this deposit. At check-in and check-out, we take clear photos of the meter readings together, so that this is 100% fair and transparent. With normal consumption (especially with the air conditioning) and if no damage has been found, the deposit is more than sufficient and the owner will return the remainder to you after the inspection.

Final cleaning: The mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee is calculated separately when booking.

Tourist tax: The statutory tourist tax of 7% for Curaçao is not included in the nightly price and is calculated separately on the invoice.

Cancellation policy Studio Iguana: In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 3 months before the start date: Cancel free of charge (you will receive a full refund of the deposit).
• Within 3 to 1 month before the start date: The cancellation fee is the amount of the deposit.
• Within 1 month before the effective date: The cancellation fee is 50% of the total invoice amount.
• On the day of the start date (or in case of early departure): The cancellation fee is 100% of the total invoice amount.

We always advise our guests to take out good travel and cancellation insurance.
