Villa Palmera has 4 spacious bedrooms, all air-conditioned, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. In addition, the villa has a beautiful private swimming pool with sun terrace, palapa and a lovely outdoor terrace with a large dining table, lounge set and barbecue (Weber). The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

The two large bedrooms are equipped with double box-spring beds, while the other two bedrooms each have two single box-spring beds. Sufficient bath and pool towels are provided throughout your stay.

The outdoor area of Villa Palmera is ideal with the private swimming pool, palapa and terrace, which enjoys good wind exposure and is equipped with a cozy large dining table, lounge set and a Weber BBQ. Start your day with a delicious breakfast on the spacious terrace of the villa or end the day with a drink in the shade on the terrace.
Villa Palmera also offers private parking on site.

The minimum stay is 7 nights, except in December.
Check-in is possible from 5:00 PM
Check-out on the day of departure is at 11:00 am.

After spending previous holidays on the island, we made the decision to purchase this house at the end of 2021. After an extensive renovation of the villa, we can now fully enjoy this beautiful location. During the periods in which we cannot enjoy this special place ourselves, we would like to give others the opportunity to enjoy it too.

Explanation of the Prices

The nightly rate is based on 2 persons , one child up to 2 years old is free.
Each additional person ( 3rd , 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th ) carries a surcharge of €10 per person per night.
Optional: Car rental is available for €40 per night.
The rental price is exclusive of 7% local tax (Curaçao Tourist Tax).
There is a final cleaning fee of €175.
A deposit of €500 is required.

Exclusive:

Electricity consumption (Electricity is charged at € 0.50 per kWh and will be deducted from the deposit).
Water consumption (Water is charged at €8.50 per m³ and will be deducted from the deposit).

Included in the prices:

Minimum stay of 7 nights (A minimum stay of 12 nights is required during the Christmas holidays).
Optional: Interim cleaning is available and can be discussed with the manager on site.
Bed and bath linen are included.
A cot is available (please advise in advance if you require this).
The use of the washing machine is included.
Free WiFi is available.
Check-in is possible from 5:00 PM, and check-out on the day of departure is until 11:00 AM (later check-out times are possible on request).
