The two large bedrooms are equipped with double box-spring beds, while the other two bedrooms each have two single box-spring beds. Plenty of pool towels and pool towels will be provided throughout your stay.

Wifi is available in the villa. The house has both 220V and 110V mains voltage. Because of the tropical climate, Curaçao is mainly lived outdoors. The outdoor area of Villa Palmera is ideal with the private pool, palapa and terrace, which is well exposed to the wind and features a cozy large dining table, lounge set and a Weber BBQ. Start your day with a delicious breakfast on the spacious terrace of the villa or end the day with a drink in the shade on the terrace.
Villa Palmera also offers private parking on site.

The minimum stay is 7 nights, except in December.
Check-in is possible from 17:00
Check-out on the day of departure is at 11:00 am.

After spending previous holidays on the island, we made the decision to purchase this house at the end of 2021. After an extensive renovation of the villa, we can now fully enjoy this beautiful location. During the periods in which we cannot enjoy this special place ourselves, we would like to give others the opportunity to enjoy it too.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Explanation of the Prices

The nightly price is based on 2 people, one child up to 2 years old free of charge.
Each additional person (3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th ) will incur an extra charge of €10 per person per night.
The rental price does not include 7% local tax (Curaçao Tourist Tax).
There is a final cleaning fee of € 175,-.
A deposit of € 650 is required.

Exclusive:

Electricity consumption (Electricity is charged at € 0.50 per kWh and is deducted from the deposit).
Water consumption (Water is charged at € 8.50 per m³ and is deducted from the deposit).

Included in the prices:

Minimum stay of 7 nights (During the Christmas holidays, a minimum stay of 12 nights is required).
Optional: Interim cleaning is available and can be discussed with the manager on site.
Bed and bath linen are included.
A cot is available (please indicate this in advance if you wish).
The use of the washing machine is included.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Check-in is possible from 17:00, and check-out on the day of departure is until 11:00 (later check-out times are possible on request).
