The Tropenvilla is a luxurious, authentic colonial holiday villa with a large private swimming pool with a very large tropical fully walled garden where you can enjoy complete privacy. The large 10-person (and a baby or small child) Tropical Villa is located in the leafy quiet Julianadorp centrally located on Curaçao. Julianadorp is a spacious neighborhood known for its beautiful cool and authentic tropical villas, built in the 50s by Shell as executive residences. The tropical villas exude the atmosphere of bygone times but are of course completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences and luxury.
Large living room and fully equipped kitchen
The villa has a large living room with a large open kitchen attached that is fully equipped. Large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. Furthermore, the kitchen is well equipped with kitchen utensils (knives, cutlery, pans, oven dishes, crockery etc.) so that if you like cooking, you will not lack anything.
In the Tropenvilla you can have free Wi-Fi and therefore keep in touch with the rest of the world during your holiday.
5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
The villa has 5 bedrooms with large double beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There are 3 bathrooms all equipped with shower and toilet and hair dryer, the villa also has a separate guest toilet. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are of course sufficiently available.
Terraces and outdoor kitchen
The Tropical Villa was specially designed by the architects for living in a tropical climate: the outdoor spaces are therefore at least as large as the indoor spaces. The villa has a large porch at the front where you can have breakfast in the shade and also a large porch at the back where it is wonderful to lounge. And if people live outside for the most part, why not also cook and eat outside? Under the palapa (typical Caribbean canopy of dried palm leaves that offers protection from the sun and rain) is a large dining table and the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a large gas barbecue to provide a large group of people with a good evening meal.
Swimming pool and privacy
The Tropical Villa is located on a large walled plot (2000 m2) with a large private swimming pool (5 by 10 m) and outdoor shower in the tropical garden, so plenty of space to enjoy the Caribbean weather in complete privacy. There are plenty of sunbeds for sunbathing. The pool is maintained 2x a week by the pool service.

Julianadorp is very centrally located on the island, the beach and the 18 hole golf course of Blue Bay is only 5 minutes, it is 7 minutes (by car) from Hato airport and only 10 minutes from Willemstad and all restaurants and 2 minutes away from the large Center Supermarket and the University.
