More than 28 years ago I pledged my heart to our house in Julianadorp in Curacao.
 Our house has been rented for long periods of time by various Navy families for many years. After a thorough renovation, the house has been redecorated, consecrated and made suitable for ourselves, but also for holiday rentals so that you can also enjoy our beautiful tropical home.

 Our house is a tropical house located in Julianadorp in Curacao and is fully secured. Tropical homes are typical homes that are built 'on the direction of the wind'. Always plenty of wind, also in the house. Incidentally, all bedrooms have air conditioning and all rooms also have fans. Julianadorp is a so-called Shell district. Housing intended for Shell personnel. All large spacious homes.

Julianadorp is also very centrally located. 5 minutes away you have not only the airport HATO, but also a supermarket (Centre supermarket) and the beach (Kokomo beach), where you can sunbathe and have lunch. The west side, with its beautiful beaches and diving schools, can be reached within 15 minutes. If you drive to the other side of the island, Willemstad can also be reached within 15 minutes. We hope that you will enjoy our house just as much, but certainly also of dushi Curacao.

I'm Gerdi Snippe and I've loved Curacao for years. Currently I live in the Netherlands. Curacao has conquered a special place in my heart, especially because my son was born in Curacao and even in this house. The house has become our family home. The outdoor life on the beautiful veranda of our house, the wonderful weather, the beautiful beaches, friendly people and the delicious food always make a stay on Curacao attractive.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The villa can accommodate 8- 10 adults and 2 children. The above prices are based on 2 persons per 7 nights. Each additional person pays € 15,= extra per person per night. Babies and children up to 3 yrs free. Prices include bed linen, (beach) towels (change 1x per week). Additional costs may partly be the consumption of water and electricity during your stay. This really depends on how much you use. You will not pay extra for normal use. The meter readings will be taken in your presence and the costs of consumption will be deducted from the deposit. 
  • Minimum stay 7 nights
  • Incl. bed & bath linen.
  • Mandatory final cleaning € 150 (will be deducted from the deposit).
  • If stay longer than 10 nights, free intermediate cleaning incl. linen service
  • Max. 10 persons per villa
  • cot and high chair available on request
  • Deposit € 1000,-
  • Incl. electricity consumption  (max. 60 KwH per day, above that €0.40 per KwH will be charged to you)
  • Incl. water  (max 1.2 m3 per day, above that € 3.50 per m3 will be charged to you)
  • Additional costs for energy and water will be deducted from the deposit
  • Linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided
  • Free WIFI (50MB/s)
  • Shopping service: You can order groceries, so that you are provided with a snack and a drink on arrival such as a well-stocked snack board and breakfast for the first day.  One bottle of wine and bottle of water is always ready for you. 
  • Check-in from 15.00h. Check-out on departure day at 11.00 am
  • Payment term: 30% upon reservation and remainder 6 weeks before arrival date
  • In case of cancellation, the rent already paid remains due, no refund will be made, with the exception of the deposit. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance

You can lie on sunbeds in the sun and in the shade.
In our spacious palapa you catch a lovely breeze and have a beautiful view of the tropical garden.
In the palapa you can see a cheerful mural. Really Curacao!
In our cozy living room you can watch TV and Netflix. The tiles have a cooling effect.

The name of the Villa was painted by a Curaçao lady on a piece of driftwood.
Our kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.
There is a washing machine, a dishwasher and of course a fridge/freezer combination.
The orange liqueur of Curacao: Blue Curacao!
A kettle, Nespresso, toaster and much more.
You will also find all kinds of spices and oils in the kitchen. That's so easy if you like to cook!

The master en suite has a bed of 180x200 and is large! The orange room.
The master is beautifully painted and has a beautiful desk to work on if necessary. The wifi extender is nearby, so you have good wifi.
A desk so that you can work in a room with air conditioning if necessary. There is good and fast wifi!
Each room has a large closet with storage and hanging area. Even your suitcase fits in it!

In the garden you will find many tropical plants. The garden is getting more beautiful every year. There are even bananas!
There is a beautiful palm tree in the front garden.
In our garden you see many birds: the sugar thief, hummingbirds and this (angry-looking) oriole. THE bird of Curacao!
