NB; the villa has a steep driveway. When you rent a car, we recommend an automatic transmission. This way you can easily drive in and out of the driveway!

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this.
