The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a front and back garden. There is parking space for 2 cars. In total, the house can accommodate about 4 guests. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. A baby cot is also available. Swimming pool:
Right next to the house is a swimming pool that guests can use.

Rental car:
We offer the possibility to book a rental car at the house. Ask for availability!

This beautiful detached holiday home is located on the Toscana Resort in the beautiful Bottelier district. The house is very centrally located on the island. Both Mambo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach can be reached by car within 5-10 minutes. Prices:
A rate of €90.00 per person applies to this property. In addition, a cleaning fee of €90.00 and 7% OB (tax) will be charged.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
